• SubscribeStar OAuth data — When you log in via SubscribeStar, we receive your SubscribeStar user ID, display name, and active tier membership. We store only what is needed to gate content access. We do not collect or store your email address.
• Votes & suggestions — We record votes and character suggestions tied to your SubscribeStar ID to prevent duplicates and display community stats.
• ZBcoins & activity — We record login activity, coin balances, achievements, and community actions (votes, boosts, suggestions) to power the ZBcoin engagement system. This data is tied to your SubscribeStar ID and is never sold or shared.
• Session data — Standard PHP sessions and an optional 30-day remember-me cookie to keep you logged in.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To verify your SubscribeStar tier and grant appropriate content access.
• To display vote counts, suggestion boards, and Hall of Fame rankings.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies are used on this site. SubscribeStar's own cookies are governed by SubscribeStar's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your active SubscribeStar membership plus 90 days after cancellation. OAuth access tokens are discarded immediately after login and are never stored long-term. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via SubscribeStar.
